Drug Free Workplace

It is the policy of FCSS to maintain a drug free work environment. This is to insure the safety of its employees and our clients. All Security Officers are required to submit to pre-employment testing for alcohol and controlled substances. All tests will be conducted in accordance with the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) testing protocols and procedures.

In order to apply, applicants MUST:

possess a valid State of Florida Security Officer ‘D’ and/or ‘G’ License

be at least 18 years of age

be of good moral character not have a disqualifying criminal history

not have any history of mental illness, drug usage or alcohol abuse

be able to pass pre-employment Drug and Alcohol test

be able to pass a strict background investigation

be authorized to work in the United States

understand and speak fluent English
